At Fymora Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of medical and hygiene products, our return policy is designed to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with health standards.

Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used medical products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used medical supplies
  • Disposable products such as gloves, masks, PPE, and sanitizers once opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Clearance or promotional items (if stated at purchase)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refunds may be subject to inspection and approval before processing.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by us

We do not offer exchanges for size, preference, or change of mind for medical supplies.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
